I would like to have you think of these questions while reading this
statement.
1.)How many minutes will
you spend on hold when you call your local service provider?
2.)How long will it be
before they can come out two or three weeks?
3.)How many hours will you be imprisoned in your home on the day of your
appointment with your local service provider?
4.)Would the tech sent to your home be able to complete the tasks you require?
5.) Would the tech sent to your home respect your home as if it were his/her own?
Our Background
I could spend hours
perfecting a statement to make Custom Wiring sound really good to you, but
I am going to try a different approach called honesty. I have been working
in this field for 15 years and 10 of those years with one on the service
providers mentioned in the above questions. I have always loved the work that I
do. However the big companies lack in the service department. It was very hard
for me to knock on a door and have people lash out at me, because I was the
first real person from the company that they had contact with. People were
angry, from sitting on hold, from poor service, or a prior missed appointment.
After dealing with these types of problems for years I came up with a solution
to my problem. I loved the my work, but hated my job. So I gave my boss a two
week notice. I Registered, Insured, and Advertised Custom Wiring. Since
that day I have been enjoying my job. My customers are treated with respect and
the service that they deserve.
